Our cutting-edge 3 kW Fiber Laser machine offers unmatched speed, edge quality, and repeatability. Equipped with a large 2.0 m x 6.3 m working bed, it handles mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, and specialty alloys with tight tolerances and minimal thermal distortion.

Combining high-speed CNC plasma cutting for medium plates with heavy-duty oxy-fuel profile cutting for thick plates up to 100 mm and 150 mm, our facility enables precision contouring of structural steel, base plates, gear blanks, and heavy industrial flanges.

Equipped with a 5-axis CNC Press Brake delivering 160 Tons of force across 3100 mm, alongside a heavy 3-roll plate rolling machine capable of rolling up to 50 mm thick plates, we deliver seamless cylindrical shells, cones, channels, and custom bend profiles.

Our machine shop features heavy-duty lathes up to 12 feet in length, a 30-inch stroke shaper, high-precision surface grinding up to 24 inches, vertical slotting for keyways and internal splines, and PLC servo tapping up to 32 mm mild steel.

Operated by skilled, certified welders, our heavy fabrication bay handles structural steel frames, pressure vessels, industrial piping, and storage tanks. We adhere strictly to national and international welding standards ensuring maximum joint integrity.

Complete surface treatment and protection line including abrasive sand blasting with a 30 HP screw compressor, high-tech 2 kW laser rust/paint cleaning, airless/HVLP spray painting, and an enclosed batch powder coating oven with hot air recirculation.

Experienced mechanical design engineers support your project from concept to creation. We provide 2D fabrication drawings, 3D assembly models, plant layouts, pipe routing, strength optimization, and reverse engineering for plant modernization.

Quality verification is built into every step of our manufacturing workflow. Our trained quality inspectors utilize calibrated instruments to verify incoming raw materials, in-process machined parts, and final welded assemblies against customer drawings and standards.
