STRUCTURED QUALITY VERIFICATION PROCESS
RAW MATERIAL INSPECTION
Thickness verification, visual surface check for defects or pitting, and review of Mill Test Certificates (MTC).
CNC CUTTING & FORMING
First-piece dimensional verification following fiber laser cutting, profile flame cutting, and press brake bending.
WELDING & FIT-UP
Root opening, bevel angle verification, visual weld inspection for porosity or undercut, and weld size compliance.
SURFACE & DISPATCH
Blasting anchor profile check, dry film thickness (DFT) paint verification, and pre-dispatch final sign-off.
MANUFACTURING AS PER INDIAN & INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS
