Abrasive blasting facility powered by a continuous-duty 30 HP screw compressor delivering 120 CFM for Sa 2.5 surface cleaning.
Achieving superior anchor profiles and mill scale removal prior to painting, our abrasive blasting facility utilizes a high-efficiency 30 HP screw compressor (120 CFM FAD at 6-8 Bar). With 100-300 liter blasting pots, moisture separators, and tungsten carbide nozzles, it cleans heavy structural fabrications, tanks, and pipe spools thoroughly.
